The Aims of the Gala

The aim of the Gala is to promote village spirit by providing a great day for all the people in Oughtibridge and raising money for local good causes and charities.

The Gala's History  

The Gala has run continuously since 1977, the year of the Queen's Silver Jubilee. It has become a very popular annual event that people look forward to every year.

The Gala was very popular in the 1900's, and we are hoping to compile a history that will be updated here when available...
